Lovett Nutrition is run by Eamon Lovett (me!). I started my journey in to the fitness industry in 2011, qualifying as a Personal Trainer, before moving on to finish an MSc in Sports Performance in 2013. I just finished off a postgraduate diploma in Applied Sport & Exercise Nutrition accredited by the ISSN (International Society of Sports Nutrition), and I’m now working as a Sports Nutritionist based in Dublin
I’m also a self-confessed nutrition geek and I love to share what I’ve learned with anyone willing to learn. I have worked with people just starting to make their first changes in nutrition, to athletes competing internationally.

What’s My Mission?
I want to set the record straight, cut the crap and show you what works! There’s a lot of good information on nutrition available out there, but a lot of it is lost in among the 90% of absolute garbage that pops up online.
Lovett Nutrition wants to show you the power good nutrition can have on your health, while achieving you goals, and loving the food you’re eating!
So what is good Nutrition?
Good Nutrition is right there in the centre, it’s all about balance, and I want to teach you how to get there.
Most people are led by their preferences, shooting themselves in the foot when it comes to every other aspect of nutrition. The same way someone can be completely focused on how their body looks, depriving themselves of the food they love.
There is a balance in truly good nutrition, and it’s not half as difficult as you think!
Food is a very important part of our lives, and it should never be seen as the enemy. My main goal is to help you become self-sufficient and teach you exactly what it takes to use food the right way.
